Dual Action Polisher Backing Plates for Optimum and Zentool Corded and Cordless Polishers

Optimum and Zentool 6, 5, and 3 inch Backing Plates are designed to work specifically with Optimum and Zentool 27MM, 21MM, 15MM and 12mm DA Polishers.

They are perforated to allow air to circulate through the Optimum Foam and Wool Pads and through the polisher. This air movement will keep paint, pad, and polisher cooler which will improve the performance and the results. Additionally the lower temperatures will make your polisher and pads last longer and prevent paint from being damaged due to excessive heat and shear.

27MM and 21MM machines normally use 6 inch backing plates. 15mm machines normally use 5 inch backing plates. 12mm machines use 3 inch backing plates.
